Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Marries Sweetheart Priscilla Chan.

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and 27-year-old Priscilla Chan tied the knot at a small ceremony at his Palo Alto, California home.

Zuckerberg was able to surprise his girlfriend of 9 years with a ring, describe as a “very simple ruby” during Friday celebrations for Facebook going public on the stock market.

The ceremony took place in Zuckerberg’s backyard before fewer than 100 guests, who all thought they were there to celebrate Chan’s graduation.

As private as Zuckerbury is he could not wait to update his Facebook statue to married. Check it out here

Woman stole $42,000 in jewelry, pawned it for $500.

Would like to start this story of with a quote from Whitney Houston “crack is wack”.

On May 10, 2012, In Columbia County, FL woman reported the theft of expensive pieces of jewelry from her house.

She suspected that the person who stole the jewelry knew that she had it and that the woman was probably in her home for legitimate reasons on the day of the theft, according to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office news release.

After launching an investigations, checking with jewelry stores and pawn shops, a detective located the stolen jewelry at a local Coin and Gold store. Luckily, the business owner still had the jewelry in his possession and told the detective that he had paid the suspect, Courtney Lynn Combs, $500.00 for the jewelry.

Surveillance camera help identify Courtney Lynn Combs, the jewelry was returned to the owner.

Where am from only a crack head will make this type decision..Please stay way from drugs.

As a christian, I do not believe in this kind of prosperity teaching and I don’t believe the Bible supports it either. Nothing in the bible that says life is suppose to be easy or even happy. (Joy is something entirely different) We are to “suffer” for Christ. God does bless some people in that way both Christian and non-christian and I think it is based on His plan. Do a biblical word study on prosperity; that’s why I don’t follow this teaching anymore.

No one should simply follow the preaching of any person. You need to dig in and know what the Bible says for yourself and pray for God’s wisdom and discernment. How do you account for all the missionaries and countless other people doing God’s work who are not financially rich? Do you honestly believe they are not prosperous? It is amazing how preachers and teachers get some or all of it wrong. It will not benefit you to be misled! Creflo Dollar made one statement that should put up a red flag for every Christian and that was when he said that everyone has their own opinions.

Luke 12:22, “Don’t worry about what you eat or what you wear, for life consists of far more than food and clothes.” Matthew 19:24, “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter heaven.”

The Bible is not meant for you to live based on your opinion nor to take out of it’s teachings what you want or to interpret the way you want. Each and every word is used with specific meaning from God. There are serious consequences for false teaching or “opinions”, and drawing people to church because they think they are going to get rich will not get you into heaven and that my friends is the prosperous life I want to have. I pray that you will allow God to direct you on the right path!

Legendary Donna Summer Dead At 63 Disco Singer Succumbs To Battle With Cancer.

Donna Summer died Thursday morning after succumbing to a long battle with cancer, TMZ.com reported. She was 63.

The singer was in Florida at the time of her death, according to reports.

Known as the Queen of Disco, Donna Summer was said to be trying to keep the extent of her illness under wraps. Just a few weeks ago, people close to her say she was focused on trying to finish up an album she had been working on.

Born in Boston on New Year’s Eve 1948, Summer came to define the sound of late ’70s and early ’80s radio with hits including “Last Dance”, “Bad Girls” and “She Works Hard for The Money”.

The five-time Grammy winner leaves behind two grown daughters, Brooklyn and Amanda, with her husband, songwriter Bruce Charles Sudano, as well as another daughter, Mimi, from a previous marriage.

How many times a day have you misplaced your ipod or phone? What if you never had to worry about losing it again? Dave Hurban, a tattoo artist and piercer from New Jersey, pierced his wrist surgically implanting four magnets in order to attach devices such as his Ipod Nano Touch to his flesh.

The magnets are strong enough to keep the ipod in place while exercising or any other vigorous activity. David created the term “iDermal” for his skin and magnet creation. If this at all interests you go to your local piercing and tattoo parlor and ask them if this can be done to you too. The magnets Mr Hurban used are called micro-dermal anchors.

He aligned them in his skin to match the magnets in the iPod. These pieces of metal are common in the piercing community, and shouldn’t be too hard for you to find or you can have your own piercing professional watch David’s viral video (if they can stomach it).

Paige Parkerson Allegedly Murders Clifton ‘JR’ Barkin Over Cheap Mother’s Day Gift.

A woman stabbed the father of her children several times on Sunday evening when he gave her a cheap mother’s day present that she did not like, according to police. Paige Parkerson, 20, from Jefferson County, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of her live-in boyfriend Clifton JR Barkin, 22.

Police were called to the house by his mother Evetta Wright, shortly after she got a phone call from Parkerson allegedly confessing to the crime. She told the Houston Chronicle: ‘Paige told me she killed JR, that he was dead.’ Mrs Wright had just dropped her son off at the house at 11.30pm on Sunday and that was after taking him to Wal-Mart to buy flowers and a Mother’s Day card for Paige.

Barkin, 22, was stabbed several times and died just after midnight in the backyard of his yellow rental house. Mrs Wright said she believes Parkerson expected a more expensive gift, such as jewelry.

“I like chicks with severe emotional issues, and so what? It turns me on. Can you blame me? I’m used to the snapping of fingers and chicks with attitudes. Stereotypes of a black chick. I’m missin that.” Although one of my friends said that jokingly, it has always been said that there is some truth in every joke so this “joke” got me thinking. There was an article written a while back about how nice guys finish last CLICK HERE and from then to now, I’ve come to observe that the same statement holds the same for females as well. As I continue to grow up, there is this one question that is always in the back of my mind: why do some men like or respond better to the females that yell and scream at them but yet take advantage of those who are understanding of them? It seems as if a female responds or reacts to some men in a calm manner they do not like or appreciate that woman. It’s the woman that does her best to avoid arguments, is sympathetic, generous, goes out of her way for others, etc that seem to get taken of advantage nowadays.Why is that?

There were only two answers that were able to come from that question. (If you feel that there are other reasons please feel free to share them below.) It came down to either that man really respected that female or feared her. Allow me to elaborate. There have been times when I’ve witnessed grown men get yelled at/cursed out, insulted etc but will turn right around and go back to the female that yelled at them. For them being constantly put down is a turn on for them. I will never come to comprehend that kind of thinking. Some men have even gone on to say that they would rather prefer a female that does that because it shows that she’s “tough” and as a man, he would go out of their way to find and want to be with these domineering women. To them they see that woman as strong and will not take any nonsense from anyone especially when that man himself misbehaves. Bottom line, that man and men in general want someone who is close to or like their mother. Some will not admit to it but subconsciously that is what they are ultimately seeking for in a partner. Growing up, most mothers did not tolerate their nonsense when they misbehaved so they do not expect the same from their woman. As odd as it seems, they grow to honor and respect that woman the more “tougher” she is.

Then there is also the scenario of that man having lack of self esteem. This is where the fear factor comes into play.That can also have him on the opposite end of the spectrum where he is willing to tolerate the woman’s behavior because there has been tremendous amount of fear instilled in him. After all, it’s not only women that go through abuse ; some men suffer the same situation in their everyday lives. Similarly to how some abusive women respond by not leaving, the same can go for a man. That man may not want to leave that woman due to fear of the consequences of what’s going to happen next. Maybe that man has found something in that woman he thinks he may not find in another one again. Or maybe they have gotten comfortable with the history they have built so far so walking away from it all is hard. So he settles which is something no one should find themselves doing especially when they know they can always do better and deserves better.

Then there are the ones who have been raised to appreciate the value of an understanding woman. Some men appreciate the nice females because with them, comes peace. They don’t worry so much about that woman because they know that no matter what, they can always work through something without the constant yelling/lashing out from her. Some men say that they can not see themselves with a woman that is always belittling them in some way, shape or form because there will never be peace in the house. They can not take that stress upon themselves and will be in fact be running away from that woman. They do not want to deal with the headaches, nagging, and being the blunt of all that woman’s frustrations. It drives them away.

Basically it all comes down to knowing who you are as a person. Ladies, if you know you’re the type of woman that wants things down her way and will not back down to what anyone says, please do yourself a favor by finding your equal. There is nothing wrong with two headstrong people being together but in both of you being headstrong, can one of you see outside the box? Be willing to see outside the attitudinal behavior that comes from either one of you? Ultimately be able to compromise at some point so you do not drive the other person away. If so then that’s great. Please do not be that person that ends up scarring another individual by taking their kindness for weakness. If you know who you are as a person, then you will not find it necessary to tamper with someone’s nature. You may just be damaging them for the next person. To the nice women that are out there reading this, please do not change or become bitter because of someone. Stay true to who you are. The right person will come along at the appropriate time and appreciate you and all of what you have to offer. There are over 6 billion people in the world. Don’t waste your energy changing who you are because of one.

FBI May Charge George Zimmerman With Hate Crime, Could Face Death Penalty.

Let’s wait till the FBI is finished before we make any presumptions.

What is of value in Federal hate crimes, or federal civil rights crime issues that many do not understand, is that they are useful to ensure that justice is served.

If the locals government screw things up, rather if they cannot or will not, as in the past in civil rights cases, prosecute an individual, either through negligence, incompetence, by design, or a failure to convict as in the case of capitol murder, a hate crime or civil rights indictment usually results in a conviction and jail time.

The truth always comes out and George will learn not everyone will protect and lie for a murderer. Powerful people in Florida will do their best to protect George because his Dad is a former Judge.

George and his Dad lied under oath by not telling the Court they had collected 200,000 dollars from donations but this is just the beginning and the lawyer might not be able to get George out of the Federal charges this time.

6th Graders Made Porn Video At School In Mexico & Posted It Online.

An investigation is underway in Mexico City after an amateur porn video surfaced online which shows three male sixth graders engaging in oral and anal sex. It was recorded on a cell phone by a fourth person, seemingly another student.

The mother of one of the boys saw the video online and immediately notified authorities of the tape that was apparently shot in an empty classroom. An investigation is also being conducted by the Department of Education and the teacher’s union to determine whether any adults were involved.

According to the department, no teachers or students have been given any disciplinary action as of yet. The students involved are being given psychological counseling.

Authorities did not release the ages of the children but sixth-graders in Mexico are no older than twelve-years-old.

Deputy Charged With Breaking Into Car At Disney, Stealing Kids’ Money While On Duty.

An Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputy was arrested on charges of armed burglary and petit theft of $100 or more, WFTV learned on Wednesday.

Deputy Kirk Smurawa was caught on surveillance breaking into a car and taking a purse that was inside, while on duty at Disney Hollywood Studios’ parking lot, investigators said.

“The Orange County Sheriff Office is no place for thieves or liars,” said Sheriff Jerry Demings. “We received some information recently that caused him to come into suspicion.”

Sheriff Jerry Demings said he ordered a special tactical surveillance operation.

Smurawa was seen taking the purse to his patrol car and after a while, placing the purse back inside the victims’ car.

Smurawa was accused of stealing $55 from children. The money was in a small wallet in their mother’s purse.

Deputies said Smurawa was relieved of duty without pay, and his law enforcement credentials have been revoked, pending an administrative review.

Demings said there’s no telling how many times Smurawa may have robbed Disney World visitors in the past.

“It’s a sad day whenever we have to arrest a law enforcement officer,” Demings said. “He should be fired.”
Authorities said Smurawa later admitted to the crime.

Smurawa has been with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office since April 2002.

Lil Boosie Found Not Guilty in Murder Trial

Rolling Stone reports:

Rapper Lil Boosie has been found not guilty of murder, WAFB reports. Boosie, whose real name is Torrence Hatch, was cleared of charges of first-degree murder in the 2009 death of Terry Boyd after a jury deliberated over the case for nearly two hours.

The prosecution had argued that the killing was a murder-for-hire ordered by the rapper and executed by his henchman, 17-year-old Michael “Marlo Mike” Louding. Lil Boosie’s defense countered that there was no evidence to suggest that the rapper had beef with Boyd and that detectives had trumped up the charges to benefit their police department.

Lil Boosie’s trial concluded around 2:44 p.m. today after six days of testimony from 27 witnesses. Though the rapper is off the hook for this charge, he is currently serving an eight-year prison term on drug charges and is being held in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola.

Ghanaian Gays Welcome Obama’s Same-Sex Marriage Decision.

Ever since President Obama announced his personal support of same-sex marriage on TV last Wednesday, the whole world has gone into a frenzy. The President may or may not realize that his actions have affected a lot of nations worldwide, Ghana being one of the nations deeply affected by his decision. Some have stated that his stance on the issue of same-sex marriage as a victory while others oppose it completely. One group that in very much in favor of his support is the Gay-right Activists and Homosexuals in Ghana.

Prince Kweku McDonald, who claims to be the President of the Gay and Lesbian Association of Ghana (GALAG), wrote in an email “President Obama now stands with us on the right side of history. I hope Atta Mills will use this opportunity to decriminalize sex between people of the same sex.”Gladys Okai, a Ghanaian woman, who was attacked for being a lesbian stated “My understanding of democracy is that everybody’s right is guaranteed. President Obama is proving to be a proper believer in democracy … he knows that people with other sexual orientations also have rights.”

This last statement did not and still does not sit well with me. Steve (who did not want to disclose his last name) went on to state, “Obama did the right thing. Why in this day and age is Sodomy still a crime in Ghana? I am not asking for gay marriages. I am simply asking to be able to have a normal consensual love life with any human being without being prosecuted.” So I’m going to assume that maybe, just maybe Steve often skipped Sunday school when he was younger. There is absolutely no way that he missed the whole entire chapter in Genesis 19 where the inhabitants of Sodom (MAJOR hint) and Gomorrah were destroyed by God due to their detestable behavior of men having sex with one another.

Late last year, Ghana’s President John Atta Mills said his government would never legalize homosexuality, despite countries such the US and UK threatening to remove all foreign aid should Ghana go against their proposition. Check out the story. But in spite of these so called “threats,” a poll taken in December 2011 showed that 88% of Ghanaians backed Atta Mills’ position.

Majority of African nations, with the exception of South Africa, are very much against homosexuality. The fact that this is slowly becoming accepted as time goes on is a very big concern. Never would I think that in my lifetime I would be witnessing something such as this but unfortunately with the way the world is going, nothing should surprise me anymore. However this is something that as people who care deeply for their nation should stand up and let their voice be heard. The only way for evil men to prevail is for good men to do nothing and if you as the individual reading this does “nothing” then do not be surprised when “something” happens.

In Nairobi, Kenya A man who was happily cheating with another man’s wife got stuck in her this week. The husband of the woman had suspected she was cheating on him, so he visited a witchdoctor who performed black magic on the wife, causing the cheating man to get stuck inside her during sex.

Police was called to the scene but there was little they can do to help the cheating duo.

The story quickly spread, the husband in blue jeans and white T-Shirt refused to reverse the black magic.

So a Pastor was called to the scene to pray and successfully separated the cheating duo.

Woman Allows Professor To Have Sex With Her 5-Month-Old Daughter (Explosive Details)

Tessa L. Vanvlerah, 22, from St Louis, allowed her five-month-old daughter to be raped, on several different occasions, by a 49-year-old man she met online. Within five months of meeting online Tessa met Kyle Kenneth frequently engaging in sex acts with him and her daughter in countless hotels.

Police also found out Tessa would invite others to engage in the sexual acts exchanging child pornography with Kyle and other men. Tessa allowed Kyle to burn, choke and even urinate on her in fear of rejection. She also self-carved his name on her arm.

A couple of years prior a woman obtained an order of protection against Tessa accusing her of seducing and having sex with the woman’s 16-yeard-old autistic son who is believed to be the father of her victimized daughter. Kyle, the professor from California, was sentenced to 37 years and Tessa Vanvlerah was given two life sentences. The daughter who is now 3-years-old was placed with a foster mother who has now adopted the child.

The woman, who was allowed to read an impact statement, said the child would scream when anyone bathed her or changed her diaper. She also has night terrors and asks every night to make sure no one comes into the home. The woman said the girl was getting better day by day now that she ‘is no longer Tessa’s plaything and she is no longer Tessa’s child’.

Woman Finds Cocaine In A Box Of Tampons.

She first noticed a white powdery substance rolled in cellophane taped inside the cardboard applicator, but no tampon.

Cindy originally thought it was a terrorist attack and was going to call the manufacturer but it was her sister who persuaded her to call the police. Once the police tested the substance they confirmed it was in fact cocaine.

The NPS Store, where Cindy purchased the tampons in Salt Lake City, has pulled the brand of tampons from the shelves while police conduct their investigation.

Salt Lake City police detective Carlie Wiechman said, “We’re definitely looking into it until we can figure out exactly what’s going on with the situation … we’re still actively trying to figure out what’s going on with this.”

John Boadu Speaks at NPP Massachusetts Inaugural Dinner Dance.

Exquisite food, good company, and great personalities.All these words and more can be used to described the 1st annual Inaugural and Fundraising dinner dance that was held last Saturday in Worcester, Massachusetts.The much anticipated event came on as expected and was an absolute success. It took place at the Coral Seafood Restaurant in Worcester, MA on Saturday, May 5th 2012. Mr. John Boadu, a Deputy Communications Director of NPP, was the special guest speaker for the night. Nana Kwaku Agyei Yeboah, NPP – USA National Chairman was also there to patronize the event in addition to Mr. Prince Danquah, brother of William Ofori-Attah and his daughter were also in attendance.

The chairman for the event was Mr. Ben K. Mensah, C.E.O of Tax Express Inc. In his speech, Mr. Mensah touched on the need for Ghanaians abroad to strengthen their ties back home, and also encouraged them to do everything in their power to start up their own businesses.

The NPP – USA National Chairman, Mr. Agyei Yeboah commended the new chapter for putting together such a wonderful event. In addressing the audience, Mr. Agyei Yeboah touched on the ever growing NPP – USA branch. “I am proud to report that The State of NPP-USA is strong, vibrant and growing. Currently we have 19 solid chapters, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Chicago, Columbus ,Cincinnati, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Reno Nevada, California, Minnesota and Tennessee. I challenge the new Massachusetts chapter to encourage its neighbor, Rhode Island to become the twentieth chapter of NPP-USA before active campaigning for the 2012 elections begins.”

As part of the ceremony, the newly elected executives of the chapter were sworn into office by the national chairman. The newly elected chairman of the chapter, Mr. Collins Nuamah, promised that his chapter will do its best to promote the good name of NPP in the state of Massachusetts.

Upon arrival, Mr. Boadu worked religiously in ensuring the success of the event. He was not solely here for the inauguration, but on a listening tour as well. He often spent his afternoons at Anokyekrom where he interacted and listened to the concerns of Ghanaians abroad. He spoke at three different radio stations prior to the event and visited almost all the Ghanaian owned businesses. He also worshipped with the New England Ghanaian SDA Church on Saturday, then with Lighthouse Chapel on Sunday.

His entrance was met with cheers and smiles from the audience. Most people came to the event to see the very soft spoken voice behind the radio set and indeed they were not disappointed. Mr. Boadu delivered perhaps one of his best speeches ever.

One could summarize Mr. Boadu’s speech into three major categories: Ghana under PNDC/NDC, Ghana under NPP and Ghana under NDC. He sought not to just criticize the opposition but rather he analyzed all three regimes. Supported by empirical evidence, he provided reasonable explanations as to why if given the chance, Ghana under NPP rule would excel far better than NDC. He touched on the need for free education, free healthcare and the need to transform the nation’s economy. To quote him, “A society that aims at transforming its economy, modernization of agriculture, industrialization and adding value to its new found resources needs a well educated, motivated and dynamic workforce to propel the society into a level where none is deprived of the opportunity to maximize his/her potential . A Ghana where the safety and security of all is assured and a Ghana where its citizens can compete globally and a Ghana where access to health,education,clothing and shelter would not be a luxury reserved for the privileged few.”

After Mr. Boadu’s speech, the floor was opened for the audience to ask questions. Some of the questions that arose was in regards to the export/import issues and about ROPA, a policy set up by NPP to allow Ghanaians abroad to vote during elections. With his response, he encouraged Ghanaians abroad to become more active in politics, show more interest and also voice their concerns to the party chairman.

Mase Regrets Becoming A Pastor

“Welcome Back” was the first single released from his third studio album back in summer 2004, Welcome Back and now Mason Betha, also known as Mase will be welcoming hip hop back into his life again. Mase, who retired from the hip hop scene 13 years ago to become a pastor says that he’s now looking back on his decision of becoming a preacher with regret. Mase tried to revive his rap career in the past but a lot of people were worried about how his return to hip hop would pull him away from his Pastoral ministry.

“Why is it Christians are more confident in the Devil taking me more than Christ keeping me,” Mase asked. “What I have inside of me is more powerful than anything the world could ever offer me.” That’s an interesting statement however you’re running back to the world. Seems a bit contradictory doesn’t it? I understand that the Almighty is a forgiving God and He will rid you of your sins if you repent but why would you leave something, repent, only to go back to the same thing again?

Last month Mase asked DJ Funkmaster Flex to help him with a comeback radio interview where he touched on his decision to leave the rap industry in order to serve God as a minister.

In his interview he stated, “ I thought I could do more than rap and I just so happen to be right. I see different artists making clothing lines and people respect it. Rap has always been about using your talents for doing more. I’m just the one that got criticized for doing more than was unexpected. I think I overachieved.” He ultimately went on to state that he regretted his decision from a rapper to a pastor. “I didn’t give myself any room to grow. I went from one extreme to another extreme.I was just so gung ho about what I was learning, that’s all I wanted. I went so hard in one direction that people had things to say and rightfully so,” Mase told Flex. “I don’t blame them for that but it’s been 13 years. Let’s move on.” If given the choice to pick God over music, he said he would pick God but he has asked for prayers with his transition back into the rap world. With this time around, there’s is no holding back for him.

We liked the feathers on Beyoncé’s dress, but the see-through nature left little to the imagination, which is not something we tend to consider fashionable.

Mesh panels are fine, but if you can see the support garments underneath, it’s not cute.

Newspitter would have designed it a little bit differently.

Solange, however, looked fabulous! Her dress was more understated, but very glamorous, and the color worked beautifully with her complexion.
