Sixty-year-old Dawn Montesdeoca who resides in South Western Chicago with her husband Arturo was arrested and charged with domestic battery after hitting her husband with cupcakes.

During the altercation Arturo called police and said he was “in fear of his safety” and wanted his wife arrested immediately.

When cops arrived on the scene fifty-six-year-old Arturo was covered in frosting and the wife admitted to the “assault” and is now being held on $10,000 bail.
