Just as its important to have our wheaties for breakfast, it is just as important for us ladies to keep up with our Kegel exercises. For decades, kegel exercises have always been recommended to us by health professionals to help tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor. Experts generally advise women to do 3 or 4 sets of ten kegels a day to keep “it” tight. What are the benefits? For starters, more control over your bladder that lessens with age and having children and secondly, it will help you relieve stress throughout the day and thirdly, keeping up with these exercises will grant you hot, hot hot sex!
A company called PantyO developed a plan to make things a bit more easier. They’ve just released a set of women’s briefs with a 1-inch cylinder shaped silicone piece that is to be inserted in the vagina to optimize kegel efforts. They call it the pantyO kegel exercise extension and it’s kind of like a vaginal weight for resistance training, in turn leaving you with toned muscles of the pelvic floor with a tighter…O.

This has to be one of the craziest invention I’ve seen, here’s a statement made by the company’s site: “The pantyO Kegel Exercise Extension is what makes pantyO unique! The pantyO Kegel Exercise Extension, approximately one-inch in height, is sewn into the crotch of the panty. When wearing the panty, the extension is inserted vaginally and provides a ‘focus’ point for you while performing your Kegel exercises while squeezing on the extension.”
A set of regular PantyO brief retails at the cost of $53, however if you’d like to get a pair of blinged out pair with swarovski crystal detailing you can get it for that retail price of $83. I had to laugh at that one, I mean where would someone wear that? Seriously, is this a piece to wear at the club?
