As long as I can remember, we haven’t had a musician make such a hit from an album that was spawned from a bad relationship/break up since Usher came out his “Confessions” album in 2004 until Adele came along recently with her album “21″.

Just today, the world was informed that our number 1 Pop artist is pregnant. It didn’t start from a rumor or from another source but came from the horse’s mouth. Usually we first here such news from everyone else expect the person who the rumor is about.On her website she stated, “I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx.”

So even though she informed us, she wants her respect, which is understandable and she deserves it.The man who she is pregnant with is her boyfriend of one year, Simon Konecki, the head of the charity Drop4Drop which brings clean water to developing countries. These two have been madly in love as he has supported her with her career ever since they got together.

Adele’s goal is to have 3 boys by the age of 30. Perhaps a decision taken after despite making millions off of a heartbreak. The chances of any of her children (if she were to have a female) following in her footsteps are very slim.

Maybe now we can enjoy tracks from her when we’re thinking about our significant other while being happy instead of heart-broken and depressed.
