The following are actual sex laws in the United States that still exists today and will have you scratching your head as to why these laws are still in place. I’m pretty much sure the majority of individuals living in the United States have participated in some of these acts one way or another.

What i would really like to know is the punishment that follows when these laws are broken which we as citizens do not know. Also i will like to know who enforced these laws or is actually going around keeping tabs of individuals breaking these laws

1.Oral sex is illegal in 18 states, including Kansas and Utah.

Nowadays, oral sex is almost second nature when it comes to engaging in a sexual activity so this law really baffles me. My question is why wasn’t Bill Clinton punished for being on the receiving end? Technically, at the time when he was caught with Monica Lewinsky, he represented the whole U.S as the President, therefore this law should have applied to him as well.
