In what appeared like a scene from a horror movie, students at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) woke up Thursday Monday to a bizarre reality of a student identified as Buchi.

Students of the university woke up to find Buchi’s lifeless body hanging from a rope in an unfinished building beside the hockey pitch in the university.

According to roommates, Buchi left the room in the morning; they thought he had gone to study, only for his body to be found dangling when day breaks.

The deceased is suspected to have left a suicide note which read, “The controversy has ended”.
