Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf, President Of Switzerland – 55, Lawyer, politician, and member of the Swiss Federal Council since 2008. Married and has three children. She is the daughter of former federal councillor Leon Schlumpf. She is the second federal councillor whose father had held the same office. She served as justice minister from 2007-2010, playing a key role in negotiating a deal to settle a tax dispute with the United States involving UBS, the country’s largest bank. She won re-election last December and holds the rotating post of Swiss president for 2012.
