Cissé Mariam Kaïdama Sidibé, Prime Minister of Mali – 64, The first woman to be appointed to the position in Mali’s history. She was announced to the position by decree on 3 April 2011, replacing Modibo Sidibé. For a divided country many hope Cisse present will bring more female voters and also encourage both male and female to further their educations and vote for the changes they wish to see.
