First lady Michelle Obama was in NYC yesterday gearing up for her appearance on the David Letterman show. Before the show she made sure to meet up with superstar Beyonce Knowles for a special dinner.

Beyonce arrived in all blue from her toenails to her makeup, yet another tribute to her daughter Blue Ivy. The ladies ate at the Greenwich hotel in lower Manhattan and Beyonce brought along her mother, Jay-Z’s mother and her cousin Angie.

The ladies reconvened that night and all were in attendance to watch Michelle Obama’s appearance on David Letterman. The first lady was, as always, a class act. Check out the video below!
