If you have any experience playing Madden as much i do, then you should highly be excited for the latest prediction for the upcoming Super Bowl suggested by non other than the Madden game itself. The Football series over the years has proven very accurate in depicting six out of the last 8 Super Bowl winners. EA Sports has simulated Sunday’s Big Game in Madden NFL 12 on the Xbox 360, and just as they did back in the 2008 Super Bowl game, the Giants edged out the Patriots, 27-24, to take home the franchise’s fourth Lombardi trophy.
In the link video below, it shows exactly how the game went about as Eli Manning and the New York Giants became victorious by pulling a nail-biter with a field goal at the end. The Madden simulation saw Brady rally his troops from a 24-10 fourth quarter deficit, throwing for two TDs to tie up the game. But like he’s done all year, Manning stormed back during the last Giants possession to set up the game-winning kick. He was also named the game’s MVP, finishing 25-39 for 342 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Does this sound like a real life depiction of what is to happen this Sunday? If Eli Manning comes up victorious by beating Brady in 2 Super Bowl’s, will he then be considered to be a better QB than his brother? Players are judged based on victories and rings, and Eli has pretty much carried the Giants into the Playoffs this year with his remarkable comeback victories and setting an NFL record for throwing 15 touchdowns in the fourth quarter alone this year. A victory in the Super Bowl and i will say put this man on top of the 3 best QB’s in the league with a Hall of Fame Jacket waiting for his arrival once his career is over.
