I know we all sometimes hate going to work but this right here is absolutely ridiculous and shameful! Joan Barnett, 58, a parent coordinator at the High School of Hospitality and Management forged her daughter’s death certificate to take vacation in Costa Rica.
When Barnett faxed over the death certificate school officials noticed the font was different and misaligned in some areas. A Costa Rican government official later confirmed that the death certificate was phony and had been issued previously in 2005.
Joan was found guilty of forgery and forced to serve 10 days community service.
How disgusting!
