Beyonce Knowles Carter gave birth by C-section at Lennox Hill hospital in New York City. Staff was forced to turn over their cell phones and put tape over security cameras so no pictures or video would leak. Beyonce and Jay rented out the fourth floor for a reported $1.3 million.

According to the hospital staff, Beyonce checked in Friday night under the alias Ingrid Jackson. Jay- Z told family and friends they decided on Blue Ivy Carter but news outlets are reporting Ivy Blue Carter, which is inaccurate.
