Is this the ultimate revenge any ex could wish for or an act of insanity?

Ryan Fitzgerald is a well known tattoo artist located in Dayton, Ohio who was just hit with a $100,000 lawsuit by his ex girlfriend. To give you a brief background story; Ryan and Rossie Brovent were dating when Ryan discovered Rossie cheating on him with his close friend. Rather than confront her about it he decided to play it coolly and conspire when to get his revenge. Rossie wanted a scene from the popular movie Narnia tattooed on her back. Instead Ryan decided to ink a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it.

So why doesn’t she charge him with assault you ask?

The clever tattoo artist convinced Rossie to sign a consent form stating the design was “at the artist’s discretion”. This was before giving her shots of tequila and several cups of wine.

Moral of the story? Don’t cheat? No. Just don’t cheat on a tattoo artist.
