Psalm 105:15 teaches us, “”Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm.” I’ve also grown up to believe never to speak ill of any pastor or elder or appointed leader in a church, whether they are genuine or not. But when you hear stories like these, it makes trusting any appointed leader in church extremely hard. The devil is very busy and this makes no exception.
A London based pastor has found himself treading in deep waters with her majesty’s law after getting 3 members of his church pregnant at the same time.
Pastor Kwaku Antwi-Kusi Junior 31, who has already fathered 2 children with a different church member is thought to have had sexual relations with almost every female members of his church and now he is reaping what he sowed.
Pastor Antwi-Kusi released an album “Bless The Lord” in 2009 and decided that this was a “call from God” to do his work, he established a church and called it Family Praise Ministries. He might have taken the term “family” too literally. Yes a church is a place for all of God’s children and we are one big family but his actions are far from appropriate.
More news reaching us makes this an even more sticky situation. It turns out Pastor Kwaku is married to another church member. This was apparently kept secret from the other members of the congregation. We can only speculate what his intentions were.
The church has since been closed down. Pastor Kwaku has since absconded leaving all these unanswered questions and pregnant women behind. This calls to question the integrity of many pastors and so called men of God. Just recently we heard the comment Duncan Williams made about his wealth.
I’ve heard it said many times in church that members should always be careful of who they run to. It’s becoming a sad trend that more people show up to church or they run to an individual because they have the title Prophet or Pastor before their name. It’s even worse when they hear the person is from overseas.
A lot of people nowadays are itching to hear something pertaining to their lives and unfortunately get duped into something more spiritually serious. Before they even realize it, their lives are in more chaos than before. A lot of these 1 man churches are not founded on the proper foundation however a lot of people think that because they can “perform miracles and wonders” that they were sent from God. Now I’m going to reiterate again that I have been taught not to speak ill of any appointed leader in the church because you do not know who is real or not. With that being said the best thing for anybody to do is to always 1st and foremost put your trust in God 1st and never man.
Man can always disappoint you at any given moment and time. Please this is a warning to everyone out there to please be careful of whom you run to and put your hope in. Don’t be so anxious to want to know the details of your life. If God means for you to know what’s going on, consult Him 1st and He will show you Himself but if you are restless, like these women who are now all pregnant by this individual, you’ll find yourself in situations that will put you to extreme shame.
