The Yonkers native has broken free, the rapper walked out of jail a free man today.

There were rumors  last week that said DMX’s stay in prison would be extended due to various infractions, but they were false.

DMX had been incarcerated  since December 2010 for probation violations due to a failed drug tests.

“Our goal is to keep DMX on the right track, and get him back to work,” a member of DMX’s inner circle told AllHipHop

The rapper has had alot of success with his music and also acting too. Now he is out his representative told reporters he will be looking for different music labels and also TV deals.
